  • The dates for 2025 are:
    August 1 – August 3, 2025 at The Reconciled Church
    •A non-refundable $75.00 registration deposit is required no later than May 25, 2025.
    Registration balance of $75.00 is due July 5, 2025
    Registration Deadline July 5, 2025
    **After July 5, 2025 the full registration fee of $150.00 plus a
    $25.00 late fee is due no later than July 19, 2025**

    • For the purposes of being on one accord, T-shirts are worn at the Friday evening consecration service.
